Are You Looking For a Way to Lose Your Man Boobs?
Well, Look No Further…
First of all, I’d like to introduce myself and my connection with the Chest Coach System for getting rid of man boobs, also known as ‘moobs’. My name is Rodney, I am 62 years old and it would be fair to say that I have sported a pair of man boobs for the past 15 years. I have lived alone for the last 10 years and so I had no one to impress. I suppose that is why I didn’t bother much about my looks.

Time For Action to Lose My Man Boobs…
That was a wakeup call for me. It wasn’t only my unsightly chest… my belly was also in trouble. At first I just assumed that the cause was an abundance of fat… all in the wrong places.
I started an exercise program, changed my eating habits, drank more water and basically did everything I could to remove all the excess fat. I did experience a measure of success and thought I had the problem licked… but after a while, the weight reduction seemed to reach a plateau.
As hard as I tried I could not get the needle on my scale to comply with my wishes.
After losing approximately 20 pounds one would think that my boobs would have got smaller… think again! I took some photos of myself and compared them with those my sister sent me. There was no noticeable difference! All that hard work for nothing.
I then decided to speak to my doctor about the situation and was informed that my condition was most likely caused by a hormone imbalance, commonly known as Gynecomastia. He suggested that if I was very embarrassed about my looks, then I could possibly look at surgery as a solution. I wasn’t happy with that idea, and so began my search for alternative ways to solving my problem.
My research eventually led me to Cliff Manchaster’s system called Chest Coach. I decided to buy into his program and then downloaded his eBook.
I then proceeded to follow the directions he gives and I must say that within a period of 17 days I was able to see a difference.
I have always had a very slow metabolism and it took almost 12 weeks before I was satisfied with my new chest. Of course, my belly also benefitted from the program. I can honestly say that if you are prepared to stick with the program, you too will have success!
Everyone is different, and most of you should experience positive results much sooner than I did.

Here are some highlights from the book…
Chapter 1 – The author describes the two main causes of man boobs. He also discusses Gynecomastia and Pseudogynecomastia explaining the difference between them.
Chapter 2 – Cliff reveals how you should monitor your progress. This is a vital step to achieving success.
Chapter 3 – This chapter deals with the hormones that cause boys and men to develop boobs and the link between chest fat and oestrogens and the acid/alkaline balance in food. Using the technique described in the book will reduce the amount of oestrogen in your body which will have a noticeable effect on reducing your man boobs. You may need to do more research on this subject.
Chapter 4 – Cliff recommends that you consume a sufficient amount of liquids each day. Here he suggests adding a specific substance to water which will increase its alkalinity. Drinking this water will reduce your acidity levels and thus have a positive affect on balancing your hormone levels. Take a bottle of prepared water with you every day.
Chapter 5 – This chapter deals with cleansing your colon. Personally, I have only ever done this five times during my life and don’t think it’s wise to perform this procedure too often. I enjoy eating lots of fruits and vegetables which I find provide sufficient fibre to eliminate most of the oestrogen from your bowel.
Chapter 6 – Deals with how lack of sleep and stress adversely affect your health, especially since it is known to increase your levels of oestrogen. This is a topic close to my heart since I have proved to myself over and over that whenever I don’t get enough sleep for an extended period, then my health suffers. What more can I say…
Chapter 7 – Includes a list of all the foods which cause acidity and those that produce alkalinity in the body. So, to reduce oestrogen, eat less of the former and more of the latter.
There is a lot more in other chapters which I won’t be covering in this report. I was very satisfied with my own outcomes after applying the suggestions made by Cliff Manchaster.
